How our Process Works

What you can expect
Step 1. Order a Kit

Complete the form above to order your free pre-paid postage return packet. Your address will be confirmed, and we will send the packet to your address.

Step 2. Securely mail your Item

Using our pre-paid return packet, wrap the item in anti‑static, bubble wrap, or something similar, and secure it with packing tape. Drop the package at a FedEx location (we accept all major carriers). Tip: We recommend using a traceable service so you can track delivery.

Step 3. Receive Offer eMail

After we receive your return packet, will will examine your item(s), and prepare an offer for them, based on the quality and amount of gold or silver they contain. We will send an email to notify you when the offer is ready.

Step 4. Login to Retrieve Offer

Click the link on your email notification and you will be taken to your offer screen.

Step 5. Accept Offer

You can accept or reject the offer. If our offer is rejected, we will return your item(s).

Step 6. Receive Funds

If you accept our offer, you can provide your bank information and receive  full payment within 1-3 business days, or you can receive a check in the mail to the same address for which the kit was originally sent. We use PLAID.com's secure banking portal to confirm all bank account information and perform the transaction.
